for numerous offences, some have apparently asked 'will he ever be before a
Judge'? Or will strings be pulled by the head of an island that has
something in these troubled times worth far more than a conviction ...

Brown,
I am
currently researching information received and am in the process of
compiling questions for the
Los Angeles,
USA, press. I am also assembling a comprehensive
Freedom of Information request for various law enforcement and other
authorities. To ensure I do not pose erroneous questions and to keep my
application specific, please could you advise in respect of the following.
I have asked leading questions in the hope of keeping the response simple
i.e. ‘yes’ or ‘no’:
I
understand you chose to attend Howard University, in Washington, D.C. and
that as a student leader, you were apparently a vocal figure during the
Washington riots, speaking alongside campus activists and Black Panther
leaders such as Stokely Carmichael.

Were you
one of the students (whether a radical, leader or other) who took over the
university campus (1968)?
2.
At that
time, is it correct that you were a non-USA citizen who could be deported,
if the USA so decided?
3.
Were you
ever questioned by a USA law enforcement agency in connection with any
alleged Howard University, USA campus activity?
4.
Were you
ever interviewed, arrested or charged in connection with any alleged Howard
University, USA, campus activity?
5.
Were you
ever threatened with being deported from the USA, or was this possibility
ever raised by USA authorities?
6.
Were you
ever threatened with being barred from the USA, or was this possibility ever
raised by USA authorities??
7.
Did you
ever reach an agreement with any USA agency that involved you providing
information to them?
8.
If an
agreement was reached, did this involve you providing information to USA
authorities about those participating in the Howard University, USA campus
disturbances or of other unlawful behaviour you were aware of?
9.
Were
reports of your alleged activities at Howard University, USA campus ever
passed to the UK authorities or UK Embassy?
10.
Is it
correct that in the early 1970’s you travelled to and from Bermuda and the
USA?
11.
Were you at
any time questioned by the UK or Bermuda authorities or law enforcement in
relation to Bermuda Black Beret members?
12.
Were you at
any time advised that failure to provide information in relation to
Bermuda’s Black Beret members would result in your alleged previous
co-operation with the USA being exposed?
13.
Did you at
any time provide UK or Bermuda authorities or any law enforcement agency
information in relation to Black Beret members?
14.
Were you
ever registered as a (police / law enforcement) informant or act as such by
supplying information to police / law enforcement about your associates?
15.
Were you
ever questioned in relation to the murders of police commissioner George
Duckett, his aide, Captain Hugh Sayers or the
Governor?
16.
Did you
ever provide information to the authorities about those believed to be
associated with the murders of police commissioner George
Duckett, his aide, Captain Hugh Sayers or the
Governor?
17.
Is it the
case that Philip Perinchief (your former
Attorney General) has served a period of imprisonment?
18.
Have you
ever supplied information to the authorities about Philip
Perinchief (your former Attorney General).
19.
Is it the
case that you are currently in discussions with the USA authorities that
relate to concessions and / or the supply of information?
With regard
to the above question, it is assumed that the concessions / information are
in relation to access to the records of financial institutions or
individuals and tax compromises, but the question extends to any offering.
20.
If you are
currently in discussions with the USA authorities relating to concessions
and / or the supply of information, is this in exchange for assistance?
21.
Are you
offering concessions or access to information in return for having the
charges against your son Kevin Brown reduced or negated?
