Another Shooting Death

November 2017 – island’s 3rd shooting death this year, 5th Murder.

A murder investigation has been launched after 30-year-old Morlan Steede was shot dead in Pembroke on Friday evening in a ride-by incident on One Way Deepdale at about 9.40pm. full story.

Mr Steede is believed to have lived in Hamliton, Bermuda being from Harbour View, Saint Andrew, Jamaica.  He is understood to have a FaceBook presence

It is possible that the killing was related to a drugs feud hwoever, despite being a small island with drug problems, Steede was not known to police.  There have been 2 arrests, one already bailed the other man remains in custody.
