Former Bermuda Senator charged in connection with the May death of Marco Warren – read more here.

Curtis Richardson, a former senator, recently gave himself up, almost 6 months after the May 2023 death of Marco Warren.

Mr Richardson was  promoted to the Senate, the junior minister for national security, which covers law and order, and health. Referred to as a ‘controversial senator’ he is said to have quit the Upper House after a court case over $19,000 unpaid rent which, at one time, saw a committal warrant issued.

11/2023 – Mr Richardson has since been charged with ‘causing the death of Marco Warren by driving without due care and attention’.  It is alleged he was driving a taxi at the time.
